Pumpkin pamcakes are my go to daily breakfast and favorite pre workout meal!
Because I eat these everyday I HAVE to buy the tub. I love all warm spices and really loved the gingerbread but it sold out so I gave the pumpkin a try. It’s good too but I do add more cinnamon and a touch of cloves to the mix.
Instead of a breakfast item I use these in waffles form as my lunch “dessert” with unsweetened cinnamon apple sauce. I make a batch of 4 waffles at a time with our big Belgian waffles maker and have one waffle each day. I will toast it to heat it up and get the outside crispy then cut the waffles into strips that I then dunk in the sauce. It’s one of my favorite things to eat.
Pamcakes Pumpkin Spice pancake mix is the bomb! I use it to make pancakes and also used it to make a variety of muffins. Fits into my daily macros perfectly!
