A sweet and mild buttery flavor, reminiscent of your favorite childhood pancakes on weekend mornings! Just add water and you'll have perfect pancakes in under 5 minutes!
This is a 9 serving bag. Typically, a serving makes three to four 4" pancakes, or 1-2 waffles.

I think they are very good
I really like the classic buttermilk mix. I usually add a little bit of chopped apple and some banana to the mix before cooking, but it tastes good without it too. So glad it's back in stock...I've tried other brands but they're not nearly as good. Definitely recommend these pancakes!

Really enjoying how filling these pancakes are. I find it is hours before I get hungry again.
Though they might tend be a little bit dry, I have found cooking them on lower heat works.

I’m so sorry to hear that they came out dry – they definitely shouldn’t. 😕
Here are a few things that’ll help:
1) when you make your batter be sure to play with the amount of water. If you add too much in the batter and it is runny, the pancakes or waffles will be thinner and more likely to cook very quickly (dry out fast).
2) let the batter sit for 1 to 3 minutes before you put it on the waffle iron or on your pan/griddle. This will ensure ultimate fluffiness!
3) MOST importantly, be sure to turn the temperature down. Everyone’s stove top/iron is a little bit different, and the trick is to take your time and cook them on a lower temperature and go a little bit slower. 👍😋🥞 Sounds like you're already trying this!
I actually tend to take mine off the griddle a hair before I think they’ll be done!
4) you shouldn’t need to, but you’re welcome to add things like yogurt, or applesauce or canned pumpkin or mashed banana to the batter. Those are delicious and definitely add some extra moisture if you’re wanting it!
I been wanting to try these forever, I finally got a sample packet from my bodybuilding competition and wow amazing ! I just had to order some and I instantly fell in love , the buttermilk taste is perfect! I love how these pancakes come out nice and fluffy and also macro friendly!
