¼ cup protein pancake mix (I used the last of my @pamcakespancakes )
1 tsp Sprinkles
¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp stevia
1 tsp fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
1.Mix up pancake mix and cook waffles according to package
2. While the waffles cook combine the Greek yogurt, stevia, and pudding mix into a small bowl. Put in the fridge to set up and thicken.
3. When waffles are done and cooled, remove frosting from fridge and and spread between waffles making a sandwich. Add sprinkles to the outside and enjoy!
