Ingredients:
1 cup of protein pancake mix. Highly recommend @pamcakespancakes
1/2 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt (or @traderjoes Everything But The Bagel seasoning)
1 egg
¼ cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a bowl mix together all ingredients. This will be sticky don't worry.
3. Spray fingers with non stick spray and place 4 equal parts onto a sprayed non stick baking sheet. Once on the pan use hands to form a bagel shapes.
4. Bake in oven for about 5-8 minutes. Just trying to bake till it is golden brown and cooked through. Top with your favorite bagel flavors. I love everything bagels as well as cinnamon sugar!
