4 oz Chicken breast
1 tbsp sugar free pancake syrup
⅓ cup Protein Pancake mix (@pamcakespancakes)
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
⅛ tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1.Cut chicken breast into small 1 inch chucks. Season with salt and pepper and cook in a pan over medium heat until no longer pink.
2. While chicken cooks make pancake batter according to package instructions. Then add in syrup, cinnamon, and cayenne to batter and mix thoroughly.
3. When chicken is fully cooked remove from heat, and toss in the bowl with batter mix. Once coated put back in the pan over medium heat. Cook until batter is cooked through and is no longer sticky. Remove from heat and serve with more sugar free syrup, enjoy!
