Total: 56 Calories, 6g Carbs, 1g Fat, 5g Protein **Macros for 1 muffin. Makes 12 muffins

1 banana
1 egg
1 serving of mini chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla extract 
½ tsp butter extract
2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt 
3 tbsp sugar free pancake syrup
2 tbsp stevia
1 scoop cake batter protein
⅔ cup protein pancake mix (@pamcakespancakes uses code MACRO20)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon

1.Preheat oven to 350ºF, and lightly spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray
2.In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the egg. Then whisk in the yogurt, maple syrup, butter extract, and vanilla extract mixing until smooth.
3.Mix in the stevia, protein powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Finally, spoon in protein pancake mix and gently stir it in until just combined.
4.Pour the batter into the muffin pan filling each cup about ¾ the way up. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5.Remove the muffins from the oven top with mini chocolate chips and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
