CHOCOLATE CHIP SCONE

Nothing better than a warm scone on a cold New Year's morning!

INGREDIENTS:
Scone:
⅓ Cup Pancakes White chocolate pancake mix @pamcakespancakes
2 tbsp stevia
1 serving of mini chocolate chips
1 egg white
1 tbsp almond milk
Icing:
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
¼ tsp sugar free fat free pudding mix 
water

DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry scone ingredients, including chocolate chips, in a bowl
2. Whisk egg and almond milk together, then fold into the dry ingredients. Don't over mix.
3. Place mixture into a triangle shape on a nonstick sprayed pan and place in oven
4. While scone bakes, mix icing ingredients using enough water to make an icing like consistency. 
5. Bake scone for about 7 minutes or until scone is golden brown. Remove from oven, top with icing, and enjoy!
