½ cup Protein pancake mix
¼ cup ricotta cheese
1tsp @uncletspices Luigi’s Revenge (use code MACROCOOK)
½ tsp garlic powder
28g fat free mozzarella
1.in a bowl combine all ingredients except the fat free mozzarella. Mix well.
2. In a pan over medium heat, pour in mixture. Once the batter bubbles and the bottom is brown, flip. Make it like a pancake.
4. When it is cooked through and both sides are browned, remove from heat and top with cheese. Enjoy!
