Ingredients:
Biscuits:
1 cup of @pamcakespancakes protein pancake mix
3 tbsp of water
½ tsp Butter extract
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
Other:
8oz chicken breast
2 tsp ranch seasoning
2 tbsp Frank's red hot
Lettuce
4 hamburger dill pickle slices

Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2.Mix all of the biscuit ingredients until they form a soft dough. It will be clumpy so use your hands to form the dough.
3. Form 4 equal biscuit shaped patties about ¼ inch thick. Then stack 2 patties together and push down this will create an easy place to open your biscuits. Place biscuits on a nonstick sprayed pan and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
4. While biscuits cook, slice the chicken breast in half the long way so that you have 2 flat pieces. Place in a pan of medium high heat and top with franks and ranch seasoning. Cook chicken until no longer pink.
5. When chicken is done build biscuit sandwich with the chicken, lettuce, and pickles my enjoy!
