Healthy Sheet Pancake Breakfast Sandwich
Total: 359 Calories 16g Carbs, 14g Fat, 37g Protein **Macros for 2 slices of sheet pancake and other sandwich ingredients.

⅔ cup protein pancake mix (highly recommend @pamcakespancakes)
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar free syrup
1 Breakfast turkey sausage patty
2 slices of fat free American singles

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line ½ a sheet pan with foil making an edge down the middle so it makes a smaller sheet pan.
2. Liberally coat foil with non-stick butter spray. 
Mix together pancake mix, 1 egg, sugar free syrup, and enough water to create a pancake batter consistency.
3. Pour batter into the pan, Evenly spread batter and place into oven and bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven let cool.
4. Cut sheet pancake into 4 parts and use 2 slices as the bread and build breakfast sandwich with remaining ingredients. Enjoy
