INGREDIENTS:
⅓ cup protein pancake mix (I use @pamcakespancakes)
1 egg white
2 tbsp almond milk
¼ cup stevia
¼ tsp butter extract
¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1.In a bowl whisk together all ingredients until a thin runny batter is made.
2. In a nonstick sprayed pan over low heat, pour ¼ the mixture into the middle of the pan and spread it out in a circle to be about 6 inches across.
3. Cook of low heat for a few minutes until the disk starts to brown around the edges. Then very carefully pry the disk off the frying surface and flip. Let the other side toast up.
4.Finally remove from heat and quickly form into a cone shape. You may need to add a finger smear of the batter to the seam to help it hold. Set aside to cool. Fill with your favorite low calorie ice cream and enjoy!
