Ingredients:
1 cup of @pamcakespancakes protein pancake mix
3 tbsp of water
½ tsp Butter extract
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Greek yogurt

Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2.Mix all of the ingredients until they form a soft dough. It will be clumpy so use your hands to form the dough.
3. Form 4 equal biscuit shaped patties about ¼ inch thick. Then stack 2 patties together and push down this will create an easy place to open your biscuits. Place biscuits on a nonstick sprayed pan and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
4. Let cool and enjoy!
