I love this mix. First, it’s keto. Second, it’s super easy to prepare the batter. And, most importantly, the pancakes taste great. I’m adding fresh blueberries right now, making them even better.
I had been looking for a gluten-free protein pancake option for a while and these came up in a search. These actually taste really good and don't get too thin like other gluten-free pancakes that I've tried. The flavor of the buttermilk is a classic and I often make waffles from these as well as pancakes. I would definitely buy these again, and love all of the other fun flavor options as well. I will say that they can be a little dry, but that is not rare for all protein style pancakes that I've tried, so it does help to just have a bit of syrup or something to dip them in for extra flavor and moisture. Overall five stars.
