Classic Buttermilk is my absolute favorite! I throw an egg in the mix (with my liquid of choice) for some added protein and cook them up every morning in my Pamcakes waffle iron. Throw in some mix ins like blueberries and it is soooo good! I would also like to say a special thanks to Pam as I recently had an issue with the ship to address and delivery. This was NOT Pamcakes' fault but Pam was right on top of it and immediately took care of the issue so that I could get my order. Thanks Pamcakes for the awesome and responsive customer service as well as the delicious flavors!
